Staff was very unhelpful. I asked if I can drop the car after 5 p.m. and he said that is no problem. When I arrived at 8 p.m. the parking area was closed by a big gate.
And he didnt told me that there is no diesel in the city so we had to drive around for ages to find a diesel petrol station.
Very poor service. Disappointed!

Picked up a car from Tullamarine office. Staff were extremely professional. Excellent service, price was great and car was perfect. Highly recommend. Will definitely use again.

Very Bad company. I called at their call center for car renting enquire Lady name ELAH such irresponsible person giving such wrong information and after that she was very rude go where ever you want to complaint i dont care these are the words said by that lady.

I would not recommend this business to anyone! Aweful! I had an issue with the wrong vechile being provided. I went up the chain 3 levels to get some kind resolution but finally state manger never responded to email or called me back.
