One star is too much for this company. They claim to record all the stratches and dents from previous owners but I’m wondering why it was still there after customers paid for the damages. To anyone reading this, do not fall for their cheap prices, because you will be paying extra like how we had to pay $180 extra for a scratch we weren’t responsible for.
It ruined my holiday and I wish I had spent a little extra on a more trusted car rental business.
If you do decide to hire from them, take photos of every inch of that car as proof.

Firstly, it must be said that this is how the booking system works at BC Car Rentals:
1. The booking works so that you must first book and see if there is a car available - naturally this means you should always book early to avoid any unexpected surprises.
2. They have quite good customer service from what I have seen - I called them the first thing in the morning and there was someone friendly willing to help me out as soon as I dialed in.
3. Website is not the most intuitive, but it works well and gets the job done.
4. They allow for P-Platers to book, which is a bonus - although this is quite expensive, they are one of the few that allows this.

I have used their services couple of times and never faced any issue. Prices are always reasonable and condition of cars are good.

Cancel my booking 3 hours before pickup!!!
Book a medium size car the night before a family trip to be pick up 11am in the next morning. On the next day, check out of my hotel with 3 other family member and all our luggage but got a booking cancellation email saying my car was no longer available. This is the worst experience anyone can have on a vacation. No even a direct phone call or apology. Never even try to book car with them. They are the worst.
