So unprofessional. The chap on the counter was serving and half way through started to deal with another customer and left me standing. He then asked another woman to complete the transaction and then when there was a problem with payment, she decided to pick up the phone and deal with a different customer. So unprofessional. Never again shall I deal with Budget.

Staff were helpful, car wasn't ready when we were there but we did get an upgrade. Location is terrible to get in and out of due to traffic.
