Not a trustworthy business. I was cheated $500 by this business long ago. Returned the car and they said a 3 inches scratch on top of the roof. I didn't notice any scratch when I returned the car. It was in good condition. And, one of the employee who inspected the car and came back said there was a scratch on the roof. I explained when I returned there was no scratch at all. The other guy at the counter told me that the insurance was not covered and I obliged to pay $500 for the cost of paint and the lost of business for 2 days. As I needed to go overseas, and with basic english language level to understand the contract, I have no choice but to pay $500. After many years, I remembered I paid the top range of premium for insurance and all damages should be covered with a little bit of excess. Now, I know that these guys (criminals) just set me up and stole my $500.

Great experience, had previously booked truck with thrifty but due to an accident with our truck from the previous renters last minute we had to look elsewhere for a replacement. Tony gave us great service especially with the little amount of time on a long weekend. Life saver! Thanks so much, would recommend.
