Booked online for a specific vehicle, expected to receive the rental car I booked online. But when we picked up on time, they already gave that specific vehicle to other customers. Did not inform us before hand either. At least there were similar cars for us to rent, but would have strongly preferred the vehicle we booked online.

Absolutely terrible. Turned up on a Friday afternoon to find that my booking made over a month ago was cancelled without notice, leaving me no alternatives but to book another car, from another company, at twice the price. Rude, unhelpful and completely insolent staff.
