I like this cinema! The price is reasonable and there's popcorn :)

It does get busy on Tuesdays, just come earlier for seats. As with any small cinema, the rooms are quite narrow and the incline of the rows is not a lot. I am short and during one time when a tall person sat in front of me, I was craning my head the entire movie.

They also have show new releases which is awesome! You can check out their movie schedules on their website.

This used to be a nice cinema to go to but not anymore; everyone talks, comes and goes in the middle of the movie, and are CONSTANTLY on their phone. I have experienced this in every movie I have been to in the past year, it isn't a one off incident. DO NOT GO HERE, find a Hoyts cinema somewhere in the suburbs.

Great way to see movies. Seats are super comfortable. Having food delivered is a great add on. The menu choices are expensive but the servings for most things are decent. The Malteser sundae is outrageous and definitely to be shared!!!

Terrible experience!
NEVER BUY VOUCHER FROM THEM!
I purchased $700 worth of vouchers in December 2016 for my staff. One of the vouchers didn't work and I asked for a new voucher or money return. They made me to jump too many loops including providing receipt and my credit card details. But I have never received anything back. This is obviously stealing money from people. I called them numerous times and an egomaniac young guy wanted to receive the transaction proof which they had already it but I needed to provide again. I couldn't manage time to go through my long business credit card transaction summaries. Let's assume this voucher is gift for someone and is not working. Are you going to fix it or not? The person who had the voucher didn't pay for it. She received it as a gift. But she asked me to chase it up. I ended up buying her new gift.
I am a professional busy guy and every year I buy vouchers for my staff. This year never I buy any voucher from them. If they had a customer service relations who could have understood that an employee of them wanted to satisfy his ego and caused them to lose a good customer, they may acted on issue differently. The guy on the other side of line was extremely rude. I asked him to talk with his manager but he never transferred the line. He practically hung up the phone.
