The staff are professional, friendly and caring of children and their parents. From the moment your child enters the practice they are made to feel comfortable and relaxed.
The practice runs on "Children's Time" to cater for those that are upset.
The preventative care and follow up is fantastic. The children are actively encouraged to participate in their care and treatment plans. Procedures are explained in clear terms so that parents know what is happening throughout the entire process.
We travel some distance to Dr Kan and her team and have and will continue to recommend them to other families around us.

Dr Kan has seen to all three of my childrens' problematic teeth from infancy to adulthood. She is unfailingly professional and devoted to their dental health.

My children have collectively been going to Dr Karen Kan for over a decade. As toddlers they were immediately put at ease and never had any anxiety going to the dentist. We have had and continue to have an excellent experience with this practice. Dr Karen is friendly and patient, and the staff are helpful with scheduling appointments and changes. My children have good teeth thanks to proactive monitoring and treatment.

She looked after my 2 sons, very thorough and professional. Always explains necessary treatments in simple terms which is not always the case for some doctors.

Never go there again, unhappy experience, I went to see the other dentist, the dentist explained much more carefully and gave me much more details.
