I had two bad experiences. I went in for a flu shot and the doctor tried to charge me a full out of pocket consultation. It took a fight to get it bulk billed. I was registered with the "appointuit" online booking system. This clinic went as far as barring my appointuit account after I complained about unsolicited emails from them and I had to contact appointuit to have it unlocked so I could use it at another clinic. AVOID!

I'm not satisfied about the way they treated my case. Beside, after my first review, the Business Manager told me by email to change my review, which was true for me but not for her point of view, she said she would take legal action against me within 24 hours that made me feel threatened and unsafe.

I went to this clinic for the first time and was so impressed. The GP was great, very helpful and answered all the questions I had. The clinic itself is beautiful, they offer tea and coffee in the waiting room (although i couldn't use as appointments actually run on time!!). The staff at reception are really nice. I will be coming back shortly to see their dentist and I don't need to fill any more forms!!! Great place highly recommend :)

Had a consultation re moles with a doctor who couldn't do removals so he referred me. Second doctor wanted his own consultation before removing anything. Why put me in a position where I *have* to pay for 2 consultations to get something removed AFTER I said in my original phone call that I would be wanting removals (non worrying annoying placed mole)
