Telephone information service very poor. No care in tone of voice, very impatient and unwilling to provide any relevant advice. Might have well been a robot with a rude tone. Just appeared to want to get me off the phone. Please get some enthusiasm and treat your patients with respect.

It was my first time getting tested and i was soooo nervous about it, but it was soooooo easy. Lovely staff and i was comfortable the whole time. The only bad thing is that I had to wait a while because its a non-booking thing

Pharmacy staff are disinterested, slow and unconcerned with a patient's privacy. They all need retraining and the physical interface needs to change to provide for patient confidentiality.

There can be long wait times but it's worth it for the free, professional, non-judgmental service that they provide.
Dr Janet and Nurse Marti were so lovely. I'm extremely needle phobic and yet Marti had my bloods done without tears/passing out in just a few minutes.
Will be going back.

this place is the most amazing clinic. the staff are incredible, its clean, helpful, very friendly, Dr Tim is a Legend and the best doctor. thank you so much guys keep up the good work.
