This review is purely based on the pathology lab. The GP was absolutely fantastic but the pathology wait, was a JOKE! Between TWO room labs and two pathologists it took them 40 mins to see me with only two people ahead of me. There was ZERO sense of urgency. You would think being in the city, with the amount of patients they would have going through, especially knowing people duck in and out during their lunch hour, they were way too slow, even during the consultation. The test took 30 seconds but the rest was him dragging his feet. It took me longer to wait for my pathologist than to see my doctor (which was a long appointment, not short). Just ridiculous.

The doctor was running 40 minutes late. The admin staff said it was because the previous patient had booked a half hour appointment and that the doctor was already 10 minutes late.
What a stupid answer! It's completely irrelevant how much time the previous patient booked. Based on that answer, I'd expect the doctor up be 10 minutes late, not 40!
2 stars instead of 1 because the waiting room is comfortable and they provide water.

Though the practice has let me down on a few occasions with booking mishaps, and that was a while ago.
The admin staff have always been kind, gentle and helpful. Dr Wilding has been remarkable, he has been kind but stern, honest but positive. I don't always like what I'm told but I appreciate the respect given in its delivery.
Advice is wholesome, care is genuine, tough and competent health care.

Most staff here are friendly and polite. Dr Sarah is amazing. She is very knowledgeable and nice.

This clinic is wonderful and offers a very wide range of services (GP, dermatology, cosmetic skin treatment, women's issues, sports medicine). The only negative is they're expensive, but you definitely get a high quality of service for the cost. The doctors are also universally lovely and very thorough.
