I have been attending 'Relinque' for many years and continue to be impressed by the professional and friendly services by Adam (Osteopath), Rob (Osteopath), Phil (Massage) and the Pilates team, and the helpful Reception team who manage my appointments. Their diligence and care continues to keep me happily mobile and pain free - Highly Recommend!

I'm a new patient at Relinque and was thoroughly impressed by the professionalism and expertise of the staff. I saw Nicole for a last-minute myotherapy treatment. She not only treated my lower back pain, but also spent extra time explaining what was likely causing the pain, showing me some exercises to do at home and what I can do to manage it long-term. I walked out (pain free!) with a much clearer understanding of my body. Also the online booking system and appointment times are so convenient to fit around work.

I've been looked after by Adam and the Relinque team for over 10 years for various complaints and maintenance with great results. I highly recommend Relinque for all the services they provide. The staff are always friendly, caring and professional.

Last year I was experiencing severe back spasms and having difficulty standing for even 60 seconds in one spot. I am still having treatment at the moment a sore foot, it was bandaged yesterday and I can now walk with much less discomfort. The foot is still sore so going back next week for another treatment, I don't know how I would have coped without the help I have been getting. My wife has also had an accident and is now very much better thanks to Adam.

I see Hannah who is an awesome osteopath. I know I'm guaranteed to feel back to my normal self & more importantly pain free so I can do my regular activities. I love how she treats the whole body rather than the one area which I find leaves longer lasting results.
