What's up with the wait times? I get that clinics rarely run on time, and it's usually for good reason, but just about every time I make an appointment, I'm waiting for AT LEAST half an hour after the initial appointment time.
Of course, the one time I showed up 10 minutes late, I was met with curtness from Max, but then, he's always awfully curt with me.
It almost feels like they're conspiring against me; seems like every time I'm always seeing people coming in for their appointments after me, being seen before me, and coming out before I've been called

I reluctantly write this review, as I don't want anything to change, nor do I want them to become to busy. However, they have been incredible. Everything you could ask for in a GP. The entire team are friendly, professional, knowledgable, and then some. Keep up the awesome work.

Max has to go. His customer service is actually awful. The other gentlemen are however lovely.
