Amazing! I did a self-defence course here and got way more than I ever expected. It gave me confidence to call people on their bad actions and confront them in a safe way before a situation gets out of hand, not just self-defence but self-awareness, self-respect & self-control. Other courses are more about teaching paranoia. Katherine is a brilliant teacher. I can’t recommend the Aiki Centre highly enough! Thanks

I did the self defence course and it was fantastic. A very comfortable and safe environment where Catherine takes you through the psychological, as well as physical aspects of self defence. There is also an emphasis on being confident in your own assessment of a situation, and absolutely NO victim blaming. Would highly recommend.
