I had my first appointment with Connect Osteo in Flemington this week. The osteo I usually attend was not available and is a bit of a drive away from where I live so I decided to give Connect Osteo a try as it is close to where I live. I am truly happy I did! My osteopath was Dr Tess Charles. I was warmly welcomed to the clinic by both the front receptionist and Dr Tess.
In my appointment (an hour in length) I was highly impressed with Dr Tess’ knowledge and expertise on the human body and her attention to detail with addressing my needs and any concerns I had regarding my health. She did a thorough examination on my complaint and gave me some really great exercises to build strength in my area of concern as well as using her expert skill to manually adjust my body to alleviate pain and discomfort. By the end of the session I made the decision to make Dr Tess my ongoing osteopath as she was everything I look for in a health carer – she was knowledgeable, warm, highly professional, and genuinely cared about my health and wellbeing.
When I was paying at the end of the session Dr Tess accompanied me to the reception as I mentioned I had been to another Connect Osteo in the last year. This meant that I would only pay for a standard consultation as opposed to the initial consultation fee (which would have been a higher price). There was a little mix up at the reception as I had accidently put the name I go by on the forms as opposed to my full legal name. The receptionist sorted this out immediately and even though it took extra time she was very happy to assist me so that I got the lower rate for the session. She gave me a handy number to use in the future so that I don’t have to fill out a personal details form on my next visit.

I recently saw Tess Charles at Connectosteo Flemington with some very annoying neck and shoulder pain. Tess was very professional, helpful and extremely knowledgable. Highly recommended.
