Bought bolster, blocks, mediation cushion and matt and all of them had heavy chemical smell. The bolster was poorly made, very lumpy. Material was poor quality. I contacted store to discuss returns someone got back to me initially then I heard nothing. I sent products to op shop as could not use them. Disappointing experience.

I’m guessing all the poor reviews are from those ordering online? If you're in Melbourne head in store to avoid postage charges. My experience in store was lovely. The girls were very helpful.

Just wanted to say thanks to the staff here. I looked at the website and was a bit confused so I decided to drive into the shop as I live in Melbourne. I didn’t realise it was up a flight of stairs. I had my baby with me in the pram. The staff were really cool about it and carried the pram up for me. Love the eco yoga kit i got. It is perfect 👌 and a great price. Totally worth the trip! Thanks again.

The seams on my meditation cushion started getting undone a few months after I bought it. I tried to fix it but the seams kept breaking everywhere (including top and bottom) and buckwheat falling out so I decided to go back to EMP to ask for an exchange. To my total surprise they were not helpful at all and refused to take any responsibility (comparing exchanging a meditation cushions with exchanging bed sheets!). Very disappointing to say the least and I suggest you look elsewhere if you are looking for quality. I have another cushion I bought many years ago from Deborah's Emporium that is still in perfect condition.

After reading the response from E.M.P. I need to ad that this cushion was very much cared for. It was never washed and we don't have any pets. I have attached photos so you can make your own judgement on their claim.
You and your staff undermined and laughed at everything I said which is the reason I stormed off and to imply that I bullied your staff is not only unfounded but insulting.
Customers should be encouraged to return faulty products (it started falling apart before 18 months) because it is not only good service and reputation but also the cheapest and best R&D a business can get.

I wish I had read the reviews first before I made a purchase from this company. They have charged $20.95 to my credit card without my authorisation as a shipping fee from Melbourne to Sydney. Mine was sent by Australia post and it doesn't cost that much to send a yoga mat. I'm not going to even try to contact the company as there are many reviews on how they don't reply to your enquiries or even if they do, they are rude anyway. I have sent an email a week ago and still no reply yet.
Very disappointed with this particular online shopping experience. But the good news is that there are other Australian suppliers out there for Jade yoga mats.
