Its a lovely gym with a community feeling and great support! A lovely place if you are in need of motivation and want to achive your fitness/health goals. I have met amazing ladies and instructors who inspired me and supported me to find my love for movement :) Thank you guys!

They were not helpful at all in regards to cancelling my 12 month membership.
They told me it was cancelled and several months later I realise Fernwood Carlton are further taking payments out of my bank account.
They refuse to refund me my money.
If you don't want to be ripped off, don't attend Carlton Fernwood.

Have been going to this gym for over 10 years and still loving it.
The new functional fit is fantastic and they have the best staff who really care. The gym is always spotless and there is always a smiling face at reception when I arrive. Also love the new extended hours as I can now train on Sunday nights.
Highly recommended it to any ladies looking for a great local gym !

Only realised how little you get at this gym for your money once I left. It's expensive, and there is no spin classes, no body attack, no body balance, no grit, not many classes, no pool. The steps are second hand castoffs from some other gym, falling to pieces, they slide on the floor. Yoga mats are the cheapest on the market. Not sure what the owners do with the money. Instructors were good though. Glad I left, others gyms are cheaper and provide more.
