The owner (Andrew) is not qualified to be teaching anyone, he has the body of Mr Burns and needs to go back to the web site that he obtained his qualifications from and read the remaining page of the leaflet. Personally, you would be better seeking PT advice from internet directly, at least you won’t have to put up with the bland conversation. Good Riddance. P.S how can you be that skinny with a gut?
