Fitzroy Pilates classes were one of the best things about living in Fitzroy. Running to class at 6.45 am to get a great workout in before work, was simply fab. Anthony and other teachers had just the right mix of good technique and humour to keep things fun and challenging. Also possible to get a great massage there.

Started attending a mens stretch and pilates class. Its called 'Stiffies' haha. The classes are small enough to get that personal attention. What I liked about it is you can go at your own pace and work on what you need to with guidance from the instructors who have loads of experience. From my limited experience of pilates, its the subtle adjustments and correct positioning that can make a world of difference in corrective exercise or strengthening ones core. Always feel super relaxed after class..almost as though I've had a massage..which they offer there as well.
