I recently joined Kaya Prahran because they offer so many classes and courses.
I could not be happier with all the staff and facilities, Natalya (and Pete) were especially helpful and proactive with suggestions and encouragement that has helped me better myself. I rarely post reviews but I simply could not be more impressed with the whole experience.

Kaya has changed my life not only my physical health but also my mental health. The staff are professional, friendly, welcoming and SO FUN! The timetable is flexible and has so many classes that I can always find a time that suits me to do a class. I can not speak highly enough of them.

I go to Kaya (Prahran) at least 5 times a week and I love it. I feel so much better now. The team is full of beautiful people (highly qualified teachers). and I feel stronger after every class. The barre classes are my favourite. Thank you Kaya!

Very nice facilities. Don't believe their emails saying free class on open days. Turns out even though they email you directly and accept your free class booking when you turn up they'll charge you.
