Heath is the best. I've had knee pain / injury for 4 years, and in one session he gave me simple, kickass exercises and manipulated my leg in a way I was too afraid to do. I had a lot of fear around my "injury". In thirty minutes my knee pain went from a 6 to a 1-2. I nearly cried in fear and then walked out laughing because I couldn't believe it. And one week on, continuing the exercises, my knee pain is diminishing and I feel empowered in my recovery. Above all he gave me hope where no other specialist had done. No physio, doctor or osteo gave me that. Highly recommended!!! Go see Heath!

Lovely space with a special atmosphere. The class was well structured and focused on the right technique, body alignment and offered an interesting mix of challenging exercises without loosing focus on the individual. I loved it! Thank you!

What do I like about White Dog? Everything! The range of classes; the studio itself; the inclusive, encouraging, relaxed atmosphere; the high expectations (very motivating); and more than anything, the instructors - Heath primarily of course, but everyone involved takes so much pride in the classes they teach. Obviously White Dog is a business, but it manages to make the business seem almost incidental to its core mission - making its clients fitter, healthier and happier :-)

Nice yoga/pilates/ strength training studio. Classes push you to get stronger without overdoing it and instruction is always well delivered. Facilities are nice without trying to be fancy. Come out of each class knowing you are a little stronger and more flexible which is great.
