The reception can't make bookings, the doctors don't provide sufficent treatment, and are slipshod in their manner. All around terrible experience. Avoid.

I saw Dr Janet Bodycomb for the first time, she was really helpful and had good interpersonal skills. She was kind and really showed that she was listening to me when I expressed my concerns. It's rare to find a GP who has great skills with dealing with mental health issues.

I was hesitant about this centre because of the other reviews, but I had quite a good experience. My doctor was very considerate and patient with me, and it's a bonus that they also offer bulk billing upfront.

The only redeeming factor of my experiences with iehealth is that they were free due to bulk billing. I saw two different female doctors and both lacked appropriate bedside manner. They spoke as if they were reading from a script with no real indication that they processed any of the information I gave them or took any of my medical history into account when discussing my issues. Don't expect any compassion or understanding if you see these doctors. Very disappointing and will have to find a new GP clinic.
