I was advised by a friend to try Botanica Day Spa. As a performance coach my body is under constant stress from training. I now have a weekly 90 minute deep tissue massage to revitalise my body and relax. Highly recommend Botanica!

I first had a treatment here when my friend came to Melbourne for the weekend to visit me. We had decided to indulge in a spa treatment so when I came across Botanica Day Spa online I was thrilled! When I rang to book an appointment the lady on reception was very helpful and made the booking process extremely easy. When we arrived for our treatments we were welcomed and taken down to their relaxation lounge. They offered us herbal tea and water before we began our treatments. As soon as we walked into the spa we were blown away by how beautiful it was and how relaxing we felt even before our treatments had started. We were then greeted by two friendly and bubbly therapists who took us into the manicure and pedicure room to begin our treatments. It was fantastic to be able to sit together for our treatments and chat as we had a lot of catching up to do. During our luxury pedicure treatment we were offered more herbal tea and a small bowl of dried fruit and nut on a beautifully presented tray. Once finished we were then invited to go back into the relaxation lounge to sit and wait for our nails to dry and relax. Our therapists were absolutely fantastic and we were very happy with the results. The quality of treatments, customer service and spa itself are of such a high standard we will 100% be back to the spa on my friends next visit to Melbourne. Highly recommend!!!
