Rude unhelpful and entitled staff at front desk ruins this place.

Some great staff and one terribly rude one. Change rooms are foul and need upgrading especially for the prices charged.

The best training area in Melbourne with new modern equipment and friendly staff. The mens changing rooms are filthy and the showers and steamroom are never cleaned. LEECHES are often found in the showers which are never ever sanitised. The pool area is 1990's era and chlorinated.
