This company has closed down and although months ago said they would issue refunds for pre paid services they have't done so, even with follow ups. Taking to CAV, if anyone else is in the same boat please do the same!

I went for a vibrosaun treatment a few weeks ago to relieve some sore muscles and was very impressed, within 24 hours my pain was gone! I loved the relaxed space and the two therapists were very friendly! They had a special on at the time which was great too and since liking their facebook have noticed they frequently have specials on. Will defiently be going back in the future!

EXTREMELY DISAPOINTED!!!
I bought a voucher for a vibrosaun treatment at Meticulous Organic Beauty. I was refered from my doctor who thought this could potentially help with my ongoing cronic back pain which Iv had for years.. I believe this could have been a great way to relieve tension and relax my back muscles from spasm and my doctor and specialists thought the same. I booked my 1pm appointment at 3pm the day before my treatment. Unfortunately, I was not able to attend due to my back flaring up and just couldnt sit in my car for an extended period of time, so I had to re schedule my appointment for later in the week. I was told that I could not re schedule, and not only could I not re schedule, my voucher, that I paid good money for, was now void and not usable. I have been to many medical professionals and therapists over the years, and have never in my life been asked to pay for an appointment that Iv wanted to re schedule, due to a circumstance directly related to the reason I was going there in the first place.. Note that I did not cancel but simply wanted to re schedule. Granted, Meticulous Organic Beauty do have a 24 hour cancellation policy, but I would have thought due to the circumstances, Metulous Organic Beauty would have been, at least somewhat understanding of my circumstance. And especially seeings that I made the appointment within their 24 hour cancellation policy. If I wanted to strait cancel the appointment and not reschedule, this may have been warranted. But I desperstley wanted to book another session. As I'm on government benefits I simply can not afgord to pay for 2 as I can nearly afford one. I feel they took advantage of the fact that I had already paid for a voucher which they could easily make void, hence I have no choice but to pay FULL PRICE for my missed appointment.
