For years I've been looking for a place to have regular facials and finally I've found the place, Sylvia is excellent at what she does: my skin always feels better after each visit. Yes, I'm a regular now and look forward to many more! Keen to try the rest of the services over time and I hope it all lives up to the high standard I've come to enjoy from Sylvia.

I was a first-time client attending for a facial, eye treatment and massage
yesterday at your South Melbourne Spa. Chantelle was the beauty therapist
attending to me and I would like to comment on how extremely professional
and relaxing the treatments she conducted were. In fact, what I would rate
as one of the best treatments I have ever encountered! I would like to
congratulate you on employing such wonderful and experienced staff who
really care for the client and provide excellent service in this area of
beauty and spa therapy.
It is much appreciated. The spa environment itself is quite relaxing and
welcoming but what really makes the whole experience one to remember is the
high level of competence and dedication of the therapist. Thank you again to
Chantelle for giving me a wonderful treatment that was relaxing and reduced
the stress in my mind and body even through to today!

Pure bliss! I had a 2.5 hour treatment including a scrub, wrap, vichy shower, scalp massage and a full body massage and was literally floating off the ground by the end of it. So much so that I had to have a coffee before I could drive home! I have to mention Alex my therapist who was simply amazing! Very attentive, intuitive, friendly and professional. I felt like a baby - very nurtured. I will most definitely be going back. Perfect service! From the quality of the treatment and products used to the music they played during the treatment just 100% pure bliss!!!

I get facials at the South Melbourne spa and my skin always looks great when I walk out. I noticed a remarkable difference in my skin after 3 weeks of following the therapist's advice after only just 1 facial. The ladies are respectful about recommending products without forcing you to make a purchase. I always leave feeling relaxed and pampered! Thank you Mandy and everyone at Natskin!

Best day spa in Melbourne! I honestly could not talk about these guys long enough to describe the experience myself and my girlfriend had. From the second that we walked in, it was like heaven. We were greeted with smiles all round and just by a great positive aroma. The day spa was just amazing and right in the heart of Melbourne. We were pampered beyond belief and after 2 hours of this, we walked out feeling absolutely amazing and just cannot wait to go back. Thank you so much to the great staff you had on the weekend, it was stunning. Best day spa in Melbourne!
