My husband got me a voucher which expired today, I called to explain we don't live in Melbourne could I have a short extension. I couldn't understand her and she said no too bad.
Very very disappointed, other providers have been happy to exgend.

The location was very clean and tidy. However, our massage therapist did not introduce herself to me (something I consider important when they ask me to take my clothes off). Another massage therapist was brought into the room for my friend without her seeing who this person was or getting an introduction. We were rushed in and out despite the clinic being completely empty.
The massage was not as good as I expected, however I'm sure each person likes different things and many might love the minimalist approach. I wish I had a better experience and I hope the service improves in the future.

Please avoid this place, had booked for 90 mins massage as a birthday gift for my wife upon arrival firstly they had not reserved any spot and later on they quoted $59 on the phone but then they said its only with the voucher whereas i was very clear that i don't have scoopon voucher so they tried charging 105.....worst place no wonder why they have so many negative reviews.

Firstly, on the phone I was told we can be in the same room but when we came there rooms were separated. Rooms were very cold, too brighten and lack of atmosphere. Waited with hot stones for 15 minutes (they got cold after 5) and then a different non-communicated girl came and did a less than average massage while she's going away now and then.
Avoid.
