I booked a spray tan appointment for my sister and I a few weeks in advance as I had a special occasion the next day which we were driving to straight after our spray tan (which was a 2 hour drive). I received no confirmation text leading up to the appointment which I thought was strange but didn't think too much into it. I arrived to her apartment building called her number and no response. Called her mobile a couple of times no response. I waited for about 25 minutes untill leaving. Being in the beauty industry myself I find this EXTREMELY unprofessional. Clients are relying on your service. We all have busy schedules and I do not have time to be messed around. If you are running a business you need to make your clients your priority even if it is a small appointment like a spray tan. I shouldn't have to confirm my own appointment! It's the therapists job! After calling around several salons luckily we were able to get an appointment elsewhere shortly after. Will not be returning.

Victoria is the best waxing expert I have encountered. I have been to many with my very course hair etc, and only here have I experienced such great results, in such a great atmosphere and environment. Victoria is quick, warm and friendly and leaves me feeling a million dollars. x Best full leg and Brazilian wax every time!

Terrible place!! I had waxing there and found myself with allergies and varicose veins. I think the material they use is not appropriate and the way they do it is just not professional. That's the first time I suffered such a pain after a waxing. I will certainly not go back there. I highly warn against this place. Besides the girl was really not nice.

Absolutely loved my experience at Victoria's Secret! Victoria was absolutely lovely and did every aspect of my $99 special with the utmost speed, accuracy and experience!
I was preparing for my trip to Bali and purchasing one of Victoria's $99 special deals I was able to get every beauty treatment that I wanted to get all in one stop! The wax was amazing and didn't hurt at all! The spray tan lasted the entire trip, and the pedicure is still on my toes looking great without one scratch! I recommend to anyone and will definitely be going back!!!
