A cab stole my mother's wallet with 400 hundred cash and her id and bank card at one o'clock today. Kellie Gray is her name and she is a single mother on little benefits and a working man has robbed her like some twisted reserve Robin hood.
Shame on you wear suburban taxis you've lost yet another customer. Goodbye.

I called for a cab to take me to my doctors appointment @ 10.30am, It's now 11.15am, I've been waiting 45min, I've called 3 times to be told a driver came but on one was out side. I have a medical condition and can't stand up for more then a min or two at the max. I told the operator this, and they said, you have to go out side and just wait. NEVER again will i use west suburban taxi. I ended up booking a Uber, the driver was here within 5 min. Thanks goodness I finally got to my doctors appointment.

Reasonably prompt arrival. Pickup location Lil messy as in hard to pin point whom taxi would be required for. But no hassle nor getting to destination. Also need/have to mention driver was wonderfully pleasant n great help with getting full trolley of shopping in n outta taxi's boot. Lovely, clean n tidy taxi too...which honestly is hard to get/find these days.
I'm a nice chick but at same time I'm a ppl hater, so for me to bother writing this is huge on its own...
