My experience with working with the OnStone team and their beautiful product has been outstanding. They took enormous care to ensure our brief was met to the highest standards and the finished stones literally took my breath away. There is nothing like seeing your precious memories presented so exquisitely every day. Highly, highly recommend to everyone.

Ordered a gift for friends 50th . Service was amazing . Lucy contacted me to advise my image was not suitable for size I had ordered and offered option of a smaller version with better quality and a store credit . Would highly recommend onstone for service and quality. I’m sure my crazy friend will love the image I chose. Thanks Lucy and onstone for caring about a special gift .

WOW! I don't know a team with better customer service. The staff are amazing to deal with and the finished product is so unique and beautiful. Every time i have ordered with them i have had quick responses and speedy turn around times, the staff are so accommodating. Thank you for a wonderful experience every time i order with you and for turning our memories into such stunning pieces of art.

OnStone offer a quality product with a quick turn around.

Emma, Amy, Lucy, Jasna are all very friendly and accommodating.

They can help you with your image and frame selection, and custom requirements.

I suspect that there's a lot of people don't know about these guys, and they do a good job every time.

I transferred Emma and Nick from On Stone store $330 2 years ago in anticipation of having some photo's printed. Due to a change in personal circumstances, I never completed the purchase and have never received anything from them.

Due to these personal circumstances it took me 6 months to reach out and ask for a refund. Emma said at the time that they were having financial issues and could I wait and she would get back to me. She never did. Another 6 months passed and I contacted again and kept being reassured of having the issue addressed. It is still not addressed.

I have now called at least 10 times in the last 3 months and am continually reassured of some resolution....with no follow up...until finally....

I received an email from Nick last week saying that they had changed their minds and didn't want to give me the refund and would offer me store credit. I don't want a permanent visible reminder of this terrible service. I would just like a refund. This experience in no way makes want to have any of your products to remind me of this.

I offered for a 15% reduction in the amount owed for any troubles on Emma and Nicks side, which I thought was fair.

I rarely leave reviews for these types of things but I am so annoyed that have been left hanging for 18 months and consistently lied to by the owners of this business.

Nick said the he had looked at the law and that they didn't have to refund for a 'change of mind'..... this isn't a 'change of mind'. I never received anything for the money I gave you. You have my cash. I have received nothing in return for that.

Emma and Nick, this is atrocious customer service (it feels like theft). I can't see how you can justify keeping the $330. This treatment is greediness on your behalves Nick and Emma.
