Units are great, spacious but no ceiling fans. Great pool close to shopping centre.

Disinterested and incompetent management. We had booked a drive-through caravan site, but the site we were sent to was impossible to drive onto because of the positioning of taps, trees and generally very tight access. Managers apparently need to get to know their sites better. The site we ended up on was the smallest we have come across in many years of vanning. To add to our discomfort, an issue regarding access to the amenities was kindly resolved by the cleaning staff, after it had been completely ignored by the receptionist I spoke to.

Signed as executive spa room. You have to take your rubbish to the communal bin, this isnt what I expected as executive. Booked 2 singles but got 2 bunks. 6'4" 84yo with us had fun getting in and out of bed. Floor didn't look like it had been swept. It had a gritty feel. Shower was very small. I had to open the door to bent over to pick up the dropped soap. (No kidding).

Clean and tidy cabin, fantastic kids area. Well appointed kitchenette, friendly staff. Definitely will be coming back next time we're in Mildura.
