Seriously....and taxi companies wonder why Uber is taking over. 25 minute wait, 2 follow up phone calls and then told to call back in another 5 mins if a taxi doesn't arrive. Where's the customer service? Taxi didn't arrive. I walked instead! Bring on Uber in Mildura!!

Unbelievable!! I booked a taxi 3 hours before, no one showed up they didn't even call me back! Never call this company

Last night i rang for a taxi. They said one would be there asap. Half an hour later i get a txt saying its on its way. I waited another half an hour. I rang again. Waited and waited. I gave up and walked home. Never again will i go through this service.

Called 5 times in an hour and they kept saying 'we will make you priority, if no taxi shows call us back' waited 2 hours before giving up. Useless

There is definitely potential for those looking for extra cash to work as an Uber driver in Mildura especially during peak periods.
The service is abysmal to say the least. I had to call 3 times despite booking the day before. They lie. They make you wait forever. They don't take any responsibility. It was a stressful experience trying to get to the airport.
I look forward to change of management or perhaps bankruptcy of the company. Unfortunately, a single star is the lowest rating I could give.
