Bloody useless. I reserved a ute for a day. My reservation got cancelled a day in advance because another customer extended his rental. They offered no other options.

I can thoroughly recommend this company.
Due to an awful shuttle bus service from Sydney, we were running one and a half hours late to pick up our rental car. I phoned ahead to the young lady in the ARA office to say we would arriving after they closed for the day. She said not to worry as she would stay until we arrived. This proved to be true and she had the clean and tidy car waiting for us. She even extended our car return time without being asked to match the late pick up time. She was very friendly, helpful and courteous.
The return of the car was smooth and without problems.
