I found that visiting gyms is too hard but the team at Fitness Junction seem to make the experience a little more inviting and special. They care a lot and show true professionalism. Wouldn't go anywhere else

I love going to Fitness Junction for the personalised service, the team ensures that every session is manageable and varies each time. Of recent times they have been helping me with an injury, which has enabled me to get back to my "normal" life quicker. Thanks FJ!

A fantastic place! Really personal gym, with a team that really help you out to get the most out of your training. There is also a bunch of other fantastic services on offer here like yoga, massage, meditation, reiki, hypnotherapy and counselling!

I could not speak more highly of this place! I have been going for 6 weeks now and have noticed the greatest change in my physical appearance as well as general well being. The studio has a very comfortable environment and you feel very welcome from the minute you walk in the door. The rates are excellent and are well worth the money and I become more and more motivated to come back after everytime I visit. If your after a place to feel comfortable while you train, in a friendly environment and have staff that posses a high level of fitness knowledge then this is the place for you!
