The facilities are top notch and the waiver sign in process is thorough but the party room service is terrible. In all fairness this is not a reflection on the young staff but management. I would have given four stars but management need to employ or better yet train the staff what is needed to make kids parties more vibrant and enjoyable. The games on the floor are great but the atmosphere in the party rooms is terrible.
