Great service, helpful staff and simple pickup process. It is better to check-in online before you arrive to speed up the process. The camper we got was perfect with all facilities.

Our second time in 6 months with a camper van and both occasions have been hassle free and great fun. We've had the little 4 berth Hiace on both trips and it's great. It's not immaculate, it's not luxury but it's good value and comfortable for 2 adults and two small kids.

During the first 2 days of our trip, we found the fridge malfunction, the roadside assistance Kerrie Gray arrange someone on our way (in Kalbarri) to fix it the next day, the mechanic also fixed a metal plate teared by the wind which located right above the left rear wheel, this is good, but the bad things comes:
In Exmouth at night, there was a sudden weir wind storm and then after that, when we drive down to Carnarvon Blowhole, we found that the antenna was bend upward, at that time, the antenna was wind down, not up, so the problem was absolutely not due to the antenna forget to wind down during driving. Anyway I pressed the antenna back down and continue driving, think that will be ok.
When we reached Monkey Mia, I found that the antenna was bend upward again by the wind during driving, so I climb up the van and try to bend it down again, but found that it's almost broken due to metal fatigue. So I called places that have antenna replacement and found Camec which sales it at $77. I then called roadside assistance, came across with Kerrie Gray again, she said I can either repair it in Denham or Geralton with no charge again like fixing the fridge and the metal plate. Another option is I can return the car as it was if I do not need to watch TV during the rest of the days. So I did the last option but what happened at the branch is awful.
The branch manager insist to charge me the damage at $325, saying that whatever reason the damage is caused, I will have to pay for it. I said this is not what the roadside assistance have told me. If I knew I have to pay for it, I would went to the repair or bought parts to replace it myself. I then called the roadside assistance, managed to get in touch with Kerrie again, after talking to her, she then have a long talk with the branch manager Karen. The result is, I still need to pay for it,
The Roadside assistance Kerrie then said, at that situation, I would have to pay for it at that moment but also file a complain to have the case investigate. She also told me to mentioned the most important part of the incident to the branch manager -- I DID NOT PUT UP THE ANTENNA DURING DRIVING, but the branch manager Karen did not consider this a reason to waive the charge.
I then make the complaint, waiting for the result. The automatic email response said they will have someone look into the email within 10 business days. I am totally not optimistic about the result and it ruined the rest of my trip already.
