I called on a Saturday at 6PM, they said a doctor would be there in 2 to 3 hours, and he was here after just 1 hour and a half, a nice and helpful doctor.

Booked a visit at 4pm and still waiting at 10pm (knew the doctors only start at 6pm). Zero text or feedback as to ETA. Called customer service but they were very unhelpful. Waste of my time. Sick people shouldn't be made to wait for so long.

We called the dr out to see our baby who was sounding really rattley. The Dr that came was amazing! So personable and really nice. He was great with my baby, and me, and gave us what we needed on the spot. He was very thorough with his examination and took his time which made everything feel better.
The wait time was a while but we were told it would be when we called and it wasn't any longer than they suggested.
I would 100% recommend this service to everyone and wouldn't hesitate to call again in the future.

13SICK would NOT send out a Dr to see my baby as she has a blocked nose and chesty cough, all because I had accidentally and incorrectly used the words "difficulty breathing" but I later explained what I actually meant was that the blocked nose was making my baby irritable and was disrupting her sleep. They want me to call an ambulance to check my baby's blocked nose and chesty cough - are you kidding me?! Thanks for the recommendation 13SICK, but I think I know my baby better than anyone else and I am NOT going to call an ambulance just for a blocked nose and chesty cough and have my private health insurer deem it as a non-emergency and get charged a $900 bill. All I want is a GP to check her over to see if she has an infection or whether it's something viral.
