The doctor I saw was rude, condescending and clearly does not know anything about mental health despite it being listed as one of her "interests". She laughed at several of the things my partner and myself said, and when the appointment was over she simply finished up by turning back to her computer and not saying a word??!??

I have been going to this surgery for over a year now and although I have always had a good experience with the Doctor the reception staff are appalling. It is because of them that I am changing doctors - this seems to be a common occurrence at this clinic. I would suggest that the Doctors take a good look at the reception staff and the affect this has on patients. No one goes to the Doctor for a fun day out. You may have serious issue that you are dealing with and these rude and condescending staff do not belong in a public facing role. Shame on them.

Worst medical centre in perth. I gave this place 3 chances with 3 different doctors. The doctors are rude and insensitive. Expect to wait at least an hour. I will never come back here. I cannot believe how bad this place is

Absolutely pathetic experience, Australian Medical Board really need to look at these useless doctors. Makes you wonder where they got their licenses from, just have a look at majority of reviews. F@#king joke so please patients "DO NOT GO THERE"

Worst experience. Guy at reception said My daughter couldn't see doctor unless she paid $40 for missed appointment. I didn't have any money on me and even though my daughter was really unwell he wouldn't accept if I made payment two days later. It is a bulk-billing practice and it wasn't stated that missed appointments cost $40 anywhere online when the appointment was made. We had waited hours for the appointment and as it was Saturday evening I couldn't get an appointment anywhere else. My daughter was so unwell and this guy couldn't have cared less.
