Booked in for a Myelogram on 20th April. Booked into my hospital room at 07:15, and meant to be having scan by 08:30, but nobody turned up to collect me until nearly 09:00, my nurse said that nobody had told her that I was in the room awaiting collection (Not the nurses fault, the hospital admin may be the issue, booked in at staff change over Night to days). After my procedure, I spent 6 hours immobile to ensure that spinal cord did not leak, and I found that the room temperature was going hot to cold, but mainly just too hot. Another patient said that they have been having issues with the air con for some time now, or they are not running it correctly to save money on electricity, plus the Mount have just made over 30 of the nursing staff redundant to increase their profits to shareholders, so the nurses are now run off their feet (too few nurses to a whole floor of patients). Shame on you "Healthscope" (Owners of Mount Hospital). Poor treatment of your nurses translates to poor treatment of patients. The nurses really do the best under this immense pressure.

I would like to thank all the staff from cleaning/catering through to the nurses and support staff. They were always there, compassionate and worked amazingly hard to keep me comfortable. I am at home now and getting better by the day Thank you for looking after me. I feel so humbled.

I was in Room 236 for a thyroid operation on 13 October 2016, and can honestly say that I have never been treated better by nursing staff in all my life! My surgery was scheduled for 13h00 and I was in the OR at 13h00. I would like to thank everybody involved, from staff at admissions to porters, OR staff, nurses and Drs Ghanim and Rhodes for taking care of me, it's much appreciated!

Car parking exclusively for BMW Isettas.
Poor communication and conflicting information whilst waiting hours for scheduled surgery.
Lowered rating further due to they eat we were treated during re-admission. Once you get into a ward the ward nurses set a far higher standard.
