I have never had a bank that treated me so well. I joined last week and have been astonished by the warmth and helpfulness of the staff in the east Perth branch. When I phoned up, the guy who answered transferred me to the previous person I spoke to. Unheard of in this day and age.

This bank has become a very bad and unhelpful bank. Customer services is terrible to say the least and the call centre is clueless. I asked for a TAX statement as I haven't received one as I normally do and was told there was a $8 fee. I have banked with Unibank before the merge for over 30 years without a problem, now everything is a problem.
Do not go with his bank!!!!!!
