booked appointment for 7.10pm still waiting at 9:32pm receptionist has no clue what she is doing and is calling people to the doctor who never booked a appointment she even had to call a fellow receptionist on who and how to tell people to to see the doctor will never return awful experience and i only came to get a script refilled

I have been to this centre a few times now, I have seen the male doctors especially Dr Xan he is very nice, however, I went in for a Pap smear and was told I had to book a female gp , I was happy with that. Unfortunately my experience with the only female doctor at this service was terrible. To start off with I arrived for my appointment on time only to get told I hadn't been booked but I had the appointment card. I then had to wait for an hour to get attended to, which I was semi ok with, however when I went in the doctor was very dismissive. I was made to feel like I was being a bother. She asked me the last time I had a pap and told her two years ago, then I mentioned I had worked in pathology so I was not happy with my specimen being sent to the labs I worked at, she completely ignored that, didn't even bother to check if there was anything else I needed checking, I had to ask if the lab could check for bacterial vaginitis, didn't even order the tests for me, luckily I had worked in pathology so I knew what she needed to write on the forms, I asked her to write the tests which she then said , oh yea I had printed the forms out already. Now I'm not one to complain but I find the Pap smear a little too invasive and my experiences in the past have been really good ( from other medical centres) this female doctor was so rude, made me feel anxious and like I was not worth her time. She then said while she was in the middle of the Pap, if you worked in pathology you would know that you only have to get them done every 5 years, now correct me if I'm wrong.. I have checked everywhere and it says two years . So not only was she dismissive and rude, she also misinforms patients. I would not want anyone to go through what I went through at this practice, I hope this will help someone.

Worst ever, i did my t-Extension medical on 1st of july and its been nearly one month they haven't sent my medical to department of transport, because of these guys i am jobless in these days, whenever i called them they say that we will give u a call back, and later on they say we are busy, that's completely annoying and disgusting, this center is more then worst, shame on the way they are dealing their Clients,
I am going to report them to department of transport and health department, 1 month is a big time which is being wasted because of these guys

I needed a semi-urgent after hours GP visit and was directed here. Minimal waiting time, the doctor was good (can't remember his name - he was German) and minimal paperwork. I'll be happy to use this service again.

I have been to Belvidere Health Center twice previously. Both times were fine and the lovely receptionist deserves a special mention. However, tonight Dr Oladipupo Abodunrinwa Ajayi gave me the worst medical service of my life time. Disinterested, dismissive and down-right neglectful - didn't ask whether I'd taken the medication before etc. I will definitely be making an official complaint and I advise everyone else to avoid him.
