I have loved the pre-natal yoga classes Sarah teaches. The nest yoga studio opened up just in time for me to enjoy the benefits of it with this pregnancy. Breathing techniques, strong leg work and lots of hip opening poses have helped immensely. With three days to due date I'm now looking forward to mums and bubs classes in the new year!

Beautiful studio in Wembley. Had a great experience for my first beginners class with Sarah and looking forward to my next one. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a gorgeous studio with comfortable vibe and experienced teachers.
