After not training for 15 years and at 45 years of age I didn't this it was possible to get back into training let alone doing what Dale & Gordon have managed to get me to do. Now some 6 months down the track I am stronger then I ever have been. Thanks guys

Great gym with very friendly and helpful staff. Team like atmosphere, goal setting and monitoring thereof a top priority. Have been going for over a year now and despite moving away from the area would not workout anywhere else. If you need a trainer that genuinely wants to help you get results and hold you accountable this is the place to be. 5 stars

The guys at body consultants have found a great way to incorperate a team atmosphere to their own special brand of healthy living and exercise. I train in powerlifting with coach Ken but have also had a great time in the group classes.
