There is a large undercover area looking at the running track, but the seating is just the concrete steps so you may want to take a seat if you have issues with this. The long jump is hidden around the back so you can't see it from the shade. There are water fountains which are good to fill up your water bottle from and a few public toilets. The access to parking is a bit difficult, especially if you are going there for a large event. There are a few trees down the far end from the shaded area if you would rather sit there.
