I was ironing my shirt whipped it over my back and BAM, could not move an inch and in great pain.
One visit and I am feeling fantastic and I am on the mend, have picked up on other problems that I was not aware of but looking into could cause problems in my future, we have got a plan and I am am getting it sorted.
