This place is terrible, chips are constantly filled to about 3/4 full and always have to ask for another one which is full. Come on maccas.... they cost you next to nothing!!!!

It is sad that a MC Donanld in the capital offers a poor service like the one when received tonight. Ordered our meal, they ask to take a number to be served at the table and in the end we had to stand up and take it ourself. I ordered medium fries, and the pack was full untill the middle and not truly full. I paid a medium and I got a small. The salad was nothing special. Saying this cause we were living in yanchep and is much better there. Salad served in a real plate with real fork and knife taken to the table. Fries pack is so full that they fall down!! You just have to sit and wait for you delicious meal.

Honestly, these guys pretty much deserve 5 stars for putting up with the daily riff-raff that this area attracts. Dealing with drunk or angry customers should not be part of the daily grind but for this McDonald's staff members it is, so to that I tip my hat.
I will objectively say, however, that this McDonald's does tend to be a small but clear mark below others' in terms of quality and service. This is completely understandable, but receiving a few more smiles from staff members and receiving orders that are a bit more fresh would go a long way in improving the appeal of this restaurant.
