Ordered the eggs on toast. The bacon was over cooked and I wasnt able to cut it with a knife. I informed the waitress who was happy enough to take my plate away and get it re made. I was offered a free coffee while I waited. The 2nd plate was beautiful and delicious. If you arent gappy with something that you've ordered you have to give the staff a chance to fix it otherwise they'll never know. Will defiantly be back. Highly recommended the ginerbread coffee.

i'm here only for their Princess Cake ..and Princess Frog. usually very friendly staff here.

I have always had good experience there.
But went there last week for my FREE cap in a mug which is what I always have at any one I go to.
Had a Trainee serving, no prob with that but I was asked TO PAY EXTRA 80 cents - for Upgrade for a Mug!!!! Did pay but NOT HAPPY!! 😠 For something that is FREE - not see any ads to say this.
So if you want to use your FREE one suggest dont go there.

Not a good experience. Went here for lunch with 2 friends. We all ordered the Eggs Benedict from the all-day breakfast menu. 44 minutes later, after enquiring about our order, and being told "it is on its way", we finally were served the most awful meal I have ever had. The base was burnt, the eggs were grey and hard, totally inedible. At about the third enquiry, we were asked if we would like a coffee (having already consumed one). Very noisy also and totally unacceptable service and food. Not for us.

I would give it half a star if I could. Totally useless staff. 20 mins to get a latte. I am sorry but you need to tell me when I order if a simple coffee on the go will take that long. I wouldn't waste my time. Oh and Money!!! Wow this place is charging a lot for very little
