On a Monday night in April 2013 we had a table of 10 booked well in advance for my son's birthday.
Right away we noticed that they were understaffed, as we didn't get any service, and people at other tables were getting up to get glasses to pour their wine into.
We asked for tap water and we got our glasses full that once, but no offer of cooler for our white wine, or any help with opening and pouring of wine. We handled a bottle to the waitress to be opened, as it had a cork. She took it to the front counter and after some 15-20 minutes one of us had to go and get it.
From there on it was one disappointment after another: the wait on our courses was terribly long, the servings were too small to share as normally done with Thai food, we were charged for bottled water we never asked for, were never asked for desserts (mind you, by then it was so late and we were so annoyed that we had lost our appetite for sweets), the flavours of the food were fine but well overpriced.
A classic example on how poor management and service can completely spoil an evening for 10 people who will make sure none of their friends ever set foot at this sad Thai restaurant - EVER!!

Excellent Thai food with a modern twist. Good atmosphere and wine selection. Definitely book in advance to make sure you can get a table. A little pricey, but worth it.

Had a great night with friends in the relaxed atmosphere. Soft shell crab was amazing! A little pricey, but I would happily recommend this restaurant.
