Have been insulted by male Dr's, and often have to wait upwards of three hours and that's if they even call your name. Yesterday, I waited for two hours before asking reception when I'll be seen to but was told the Dr had already checked me off as "seen to" without even calling my name out. A nurse also proceeded to speak at volume about the ins and outs of my pap smear in front of other patients. Total lack of professionalism. A disgrace to this town.

Yes sometimes the wait isn't exactly what they say( isn't that all Drs surgery's thou.. ) but reception staff are awesome. And super friendly, and dr waba is soo helpful :) thanks also to the nurse staff who helped me and strapped me up :) you guys are life savers.
Will for sure come back here.

Hi, have been coming to this Practise since I arrived in Port 12 months ago. I have found the queue to be long sometimes, but what do you expect for a walk-up situation?
Dr Waba is really good, caring and compassionate. I recommend the place very much. 5 stars

Had been a long term patient of a very good doctor at this practice. Unfortunately for me, he seems to winding back, which means i was 'forced' to find/see another doctor at the practice. Try and make an appointment with the replacement doctor and you wait at least a week! What's the point in having a regular GP if you cannot get to see him/her inside a week. If you take up the receptionist offer as a 'walk in' patient, you never get to keep a doctor/patient relationship! Sorry but going elsewhere.

The receptionist Charlotte was extremely welcoming, even offering me water.
Consult was with Dr Waba. He was very professional, compassionate and caring.
Before being put off by the amount of bad reviews on this site consider that most of their "customers" are at their worst when they visit. Perhaps some of the happy patients like myself should write reviews so as to provide a fair result
