Met the manager Steve Read of port taxis today. The way he looked at me and spoke to me was like I was a piece of dirt on his shoe. Very unprofessional and disrespectful.

I went from in town out to flynns beach with some friends and the driver charged us near on 30 dollars for a bill that was 25 on the metre. Everyone I talk to I'll recommend alternates

Mitch was amazing. I had told him that I came from Canada where it was quite cold and it was a particularly hot day out (40°C at 11am). He gave me his card and said he would come pick me up when I was done at the koala hospital. So when he came to pick me up he had gotten 2 frozen cokes and gave one to me when my ride was over. He is definitely one of the nicest people I've met here in Australia. Thank you.

Great service and very reliable. We made two bookings for NYE a few days in advance and both of them turned up on time. This is fantastic given how busy they were that night.
