Asked if they bulk billed when booking appointment.
Then after a whole 5 minutes while the dr wrote out my referal she said only pensioners get bulk billed.
Got charged $75 for a letter. Pathetic
Horrible practise absolute ripoff.

I take my little one to Alma Street as needed and usually the doctors are on time. Even if I have to wait a little while, I can entertain my son with the children's books and play pen for a while. Staff are friendly and helpful.
